1.Inspection Environment and Requirement
-Requirement for place of inspection:Light from a power of at least 500 Lux.
-Perspective:The products must be tested by every angle.
-Distance of viewing:In doubts, check the products from a distance of 30 cm. If it is not visible, it is no defect. View the items by various angles.2.Visual NonConformities Standard
Visual nonconformities as stated below are typical defects during production and must be handled either by means of suitable measuring or comparison practices. A practical method is to compare defects either against the specification guide or against provided samples.
